Axious Creative Studio ("we") respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with Zimbabwe's Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07].

What we collect

When you request a quote, book a call or pay a deposit we collect your name, email address, phone number, business type and anything you choose to tell us.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare quotes and invoices, deliver your project and keep records we are legally required to keep. We do not sell or rent your information.

How it is stored

Form submissions are sent by email to our business mailbox. We do not keep them in a separate database. Online payments are processed by Pesepay; we never see or store your card or mobile-money PIN.

Who we share it with

Our email host, our website host (Vercel) and Pesepay, only as needed to provide the service.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing design@axiouscreativestudio.co.zw.
